Refund Criteria

  1. In case of withdrawal, any scholarship in the form of fee waiver offered to student by the institute will be cancelled.
  2. In case a student wants to withdraw before commencement of the course, 15% of the total fee will be deducted and rest amount along with PDCs if submitted will be refunded.
  3. In case a student wants to withdraw, up to 10th day (calendar date) after commencement of the course, 25% of the total fee will be deducted and rest amount along with PDCs if submitted will be refunded.
  4. If case a student wants to withdraw, after passing 10 calendar days (i.e. 11th day and onward) after commencement of the course, there will be no refund in such cases and no query shall be entertained in this regard.
  5. If any student enrolled under two year program, for him/her one year fee will be 50% of total course fee (without scholarship, if any). If student wants to withdraw in second year then refund amount will be calculated; first by deducting one year fee and rest amount will be further calculated by clause (2), (3) and (4).
  6. In case any student availing more than 50% scholarship in two year program and wish to withdraw in second year, there will be no refund.
