Terms and Conditions

  1. The fee is to be paid by Bank Draft/local Postdated Cheques/Cash only. The courses in which there is only one installment of fee, it is to be paid only through D.D. in favour of “Turning Point Institute Pvt. Ltd.”, payable at New Delhi. No Outstation Cheques will be accepted. The courses where there are more than one installment, the first installment is to be paid by D.D./Cash/Local Cheque & rest of the installments are to be paid by A/C payee postdated cheques at the time of admission itself. The Institute shall not accept outstation cheques. However, the courses where registration money is required, it can be paid by Cash/D.D.
  2. If at any point of time, the Central Govt, further increases service tax, as applicable in any point of time if service tax increase by the government of India the extra amount of service tax will be borne by the student from the date of enforcement of the act by the Govt
  3. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in any cases (except the mentioned inrefund criteria). The decision of Management in this regard will be the final and binding on the student and parents.
  4. In case of late payment Rs. 50/- per day will be charged.
  5. If any student does not pay the fee on the due date as mentioned in the prospectus or is defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes. It is therefore, in the interest of the parents and students that they should deposit the fee on the due dates mentioned in the prospectus.
  6. Institute will use mobile no. 1 for communication (like batch information, test result etc.) through SMS for all the future information. Kindly fill it carefully.
  7. If your mobile number is registered with DO NOT DISTURB service. To continue receiving SMS updated from the institute, kindly re-resister by sending ‘STOP DND’ to 1909.
  8. Any change of address must be notified to the office without delay.
  9. Students are expected to work hard. They must attend classes regularly.
  10. A student, who is late by 10 minutes for classes/tests, will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
  11. Incomplete forms will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach photocopy of mark sheet of class X/XII and passport size photographs to the admission form. The Institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in Medical/Engg. Entrance Exams. The student should also staple two extra photographs with the form.
  12. Students enrolled with the Turning Point Institute have to provide photocopy of Admit Card of various Medical/Engg. Entrance Examinations as soon as they receive their admit cards from the examining body before/during Test Series to be conducted from March.
  13. Students have to appear in each and every test conducted at the institute. In case of any difficulty he or she must submit the request letter to the office duly signed by the parents before the test.
  14. For any enquiry about their ward’s progress or any other problem concerning their ward, parents can meet with a prior appointment only.
  15. Turning Point Institute, reserves the right to make any amendments in its programs/fee without any prior notice to anybody.
  16. If the study material provided to the student is lost/misplaced, a duplicate set of the books can be obtained from the Institute against the payment.
  17. A student is not allowed to carry mobile phone/I-pod in the classes. The Institute is not responsible for any loss/theft of mobile phone in the Institute.
  18. If any student absents himself/herself for more than 10 days continuously without any prior written application, he/she will not attend/join the classes and will not be given any test (papers). He/she may be demand to be expelled from the Institute. No separate intimation will be sent to the parents. No fee or part of the fee paid/enchased will be refunded in such cases. The decision of the Managing Director in this regard will be final and binding on the students and parents. No refund of Admission cum Scholarship Test fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
  19. In case of any dispute arising out of present terms & conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Management of Turning Point Institute. The seat of arbitrator will be at Delhi only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Delhi court shall have jurisdiction to decide such kinds of matters.
  20. It is for the student himself/herself to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain examination or not. The Institute does not hold itself responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examining body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee, he/she has paid to the Institute.
  21. If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of institute because of situations beyond control or any natural calamity of any type such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc. The institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
  22. In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff members of the institute, his/her ward can be rusticated from the institute and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained. The decision of the Director will be final and binding on the student and parent/guardian.
  23. Turning Point reserves its right to make any alternation in its programs/venue/timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Director will be final and binding on the students and the parents.
