I was a student at the institute around 2000 to 2002. The institute takes pains to appoint the faculty. In my experience, the faculty operates with a more personalized approach and tries to drive each and every student to do more. Also, I do believe that the competitive exam landscape is changing. We will need to have more job givers than takers down the line. This is a question of aptitude, desire and self belief. Studying in smaller batches builds the capabilities that we need going forward. The competitive exam are not qualifying as much as survival now. Building the right capabilities is necessary and I believe that the institute tries to do this. I am currently studying in 2018-19 class 12 batch of the institute. I think that turning point is way better than other coaching institutes like vmc,fitjee etc. Because these institutes usually have a very big batch and are not able to focus on everyone.
